Reception services
We provide reception services to clients ensuring that your visitors are greeted and made to feel comfortable until you are ready for them. We also sort incoming mail into your secure pigeon holes and can take parcel deliveries on your behalf.

Meeting and Training room
With all the up to date facilities you would expect in a professional business centre with comfortable seating for up to 12 guests, flip chart, large widescreen display with laptop connection and tea coffee and refreshments.
Tenants will be allocated a monthly allowance of free meeting and training room facilities, subject to availability.
IT Services
All our rooms are fitted with plenty of data and power points to cater for any requirements. Support with your computers or laptops is on hand via our permanent tenant Bandicoot Limited. Bandicoot can also provide cloud services, offsite data backup, domains, mailboxes and websites. If you don’t have a laptop or computer, we can also supply and install these at low prices or on a rental basis for the term of your tenancy.
Catering
Refreshments can be provided on request via our reception services.
For events requiring food, we have a range of local caterers providing package options for you to try.
FernBank has a large, clean kitchen and dining table which is available for use by tenants and visitors.
Phone Systems
All tenants can choose from feature-rich handsets with options including call forwarding, smart phone and CRM integration, hunt groups, voicemail to email address and a fax to email service.
Car parking and secure bicycle facilities
FernBank has car parking for up to ten cars and there is plenty of roadside parking available on the streets nearby.
We have also outside bicycle racks and a secure bicycle room for tenants and visitors.
Secure cycle facilities
We are committed to the Local Sustainable Transport Scheme and provide outside bicycle racks and a secure bicycle room with a secure rack inside it for tenants and visitors.
Shower
FernBank has a luxurious, clean shower for cyclists, walkers or runners who want to get ready for work after exercise.
Lockers
Secure lockers are provided to store clean towels, toiletries, and clothes.
Toilets upstairs and downstairs
FernBank offers toilets both upstairs and downstairs.
Outside seating and garden areas
FernBank has some small garden areas and seating has been provided for tenants to sit outside in the summertime during breaks. FernBank has a gardener who maintains the garden areas. The business centre also backs on to Scott Park for those wishing to take a long lunch break during the warmer months.
Disabled access
There is a designated disabled parking space and a low, easy to use ramp to access the building. A disabled toilet has been provided on the ground floor.
